摘 要: 采用大變形彈塑性有限元理論,對角鋁型材擠壓過程進行了數(shù)值模擬。分析了型材擠壓過程中各階段的網(wǎng)格畸變情況,給出了擠壓變形時的流速、應變和應力分布,揭示了造成異型型材擠壓時出現(xiàn)扭擰、波浪和彎曲等缺陷的重要原因是變形體內存在一個渦流場。模擬結果為正確地設計型材擠壓模具和工藝參數(shù)的選擇提供了可靠依據(jù)。

Abstract:An angle aluminum profile extrusion processes was done by numerical simulation with large deformation elastoplastic finite element theory, and the mesh distortion of different stages of profile extrusion processes were described in detail, the distributions of stress and strain field werealso obtained. It is pointed out that the cross cracking, bending, distorting and twisting on the asymmetry extruded profile are caused by a vortex flow field in the deforming body of extrusion processes. The simulating results can be applied to design of dies and the selection of technological parameters for the aluminum profile extrusion processes.
