摘 要: 采用行波磁場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了電磁連續(xù)凈化鋁合金液實(shí)驗(yàn),并采用電磁凈化金屬熔體的軌線模型,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)中的夾雜物去除率進(jìn)行了理論預(yù)測(cè)。結(jié)果表明,含夾雜的鋁合金液連續(xù)流經(jīng)電磁力作用段時(shí),夾雜物被阻隔,形成電磁過(guò)濾效應(yīng),而夾雜物聚集區(qū)域夾雜物面積分?jǐn)?shù)趨于某一常數(shù)。軌線模型預(yù)測(cè)與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好。

aluminum base alloy melt by travelling magnetic field

Abstract:The experiment on continuously purifying of aluminum base alloy melt by travelling magnetic field was carried out. The trajectory model was used to calculate the inclusion removal efficiency. The results show that the inclusions in aluminum base alloy melt can be captured when the melt flows through the electromagnetic field, which is called “electromagnetic filtration”, and the superficial percent of the inclusions trend to some certain value. The calculated minimum diameter of thoroughly removed inclusions conforms to the observed one.
