摘 要: 攀鋼含鈦高爐渣是一種尚待開(kāi)發(fā)利用的鈦資源。選用攀鋼含鈦高爐渣經(jīng)選擇性分離后的富鈦精礦為原料,以液固異相反應(yīng)的收縮未反應(yīng)芯模型研究了硫酸法制取鈦白的反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程。根據(jù)攪拌強(qiáng)度和溫度對(duì)反應(yīng)的影響判別反應(yīng)過(guò)程為膜擴(kuò)散控制過(guò)程;分析了反應(yīng)速度的溫度因素和粒度因素,導(dǎo)出了硫酸分解富鈦精礦的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程式,并按該方程計(jì)算得到反應(yīng)溫度在60~80 ℃的活化能為34.59 kJ/mol。

Abstract:The Ti-rich blast furnace slag in Panzhihua Steel & Iron Company is a kind of important titanium resource, which is to be used. Selective separation techniques have been applied to treat with the blast furnace slag and get rich titanium concentrate to produce titanium white in our laboratory. The acidification kinetics of reaction of TiO2-rich concentrate with H2SO4 was investigated. The controlling step was judged as membrane diffusion-controlled step. Temperature and sizes factors that influence reaction rate were analyzed. The kinetic equation of dissolution reaction for H2SO4 and the rich titanium concentrate was found. The active energy within 60~80 ℃ was also obtained to be 34.59 kJ/mol.
