摘 要: 研究了固液兩相區(qū)等溫處理對鑄態(tài)ZA27合金初生相形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明: 在固液兩相區(qū)進行等溫處理時,枝晶熔斷受固液界面處原子的擴散控制,提高等溫溫度、延長等溫時間因有利于Zn和Al原子的擴散而促進初生相由枝晶向顆粒狀晶演變;預(yù)變形促進初生相形貌演變的根本原因在于等溫處理時液相沿預(yù)變形產(chǎn)生的亞晶界的熔滲。

Abstract:The effects on transformation of primary phase morphology were studied by using isothermal heat treatment of the as-cast ZA27 ingots in semisolid state. The results show that remelting of dendrite is controlled by atom diffusion in the solid-liquid interface. Increasing isothermal temperature and prolonging isothermal time, which promoted the diffusion of Zn and Al atoms, are helpful to the transformation. Liquefaction along hypo-grain boundaries caused by pre-deforming is the radical reason for the morphological transformation.
