摘 要: 介紹了在鋁鑄軋工藝中用頻率交替變化的電磁場抑制晶粒長大的方法,闡述了粘性流體與電磁波頻率響應的關系,分析了電磁場頻率與熔體波動對晶粒細化效果產生的影響。結果表明在d 650 mm×1 600 mm鑄軋機系統(tǒng)中,電磁場的最佳頻域范圍為11~15 Hz。

Abstract:The method of controlling velocity of grain growth in aluminum electromagnetically continuous castrolling by inputting rotated electromagnetic field was introduced. The relationship between viscous fluid and frequency response was described. The effect of electromagnetic field frequency and melt fluctuation on grain refinement was analyzed. The best frequency band 11~15 Hz under normal condition (d 650 mm×1 600 mm roller) was obtained.
