摘 要: 通過熱處理實驗研究了加熱溫度(850,900,950和1000℃)和保溫時間(3,30,60和120min)對TC6鈦合金顯微組織的影響規(guī)律。 研究結(jié)果表明:加熱溫度和保溫時間對鈦合金顯微組織影響較大。其中,加熱溫度主要影響鈦合金顯微組織中α相的含量,即α相數(shù)量隨加熱溫度的升高而逐漸減少;保溫時間主要影響鈦合金顯微組織中次生α相的大小。加熱溫度和保溫時間對組織的形態(tài)影響均較小。

Abstract:The influence of heating temperature of 850, 900, 950 and 1000℃ respectively and heat holding time of 3min, 30, 60 and 120min respectively on the microstructure of a TC6 titanium alloy was studied through heat treatment experiments. The result shows that heating temperature and heat holding time have great influences on the microstructure of a TC6 titanium alloy. Among others, heating temperature has the main effect on the volume fraction of α phase namely α phase number diminishes gradually with elevating heating temperature, and heat holding time has the main influence on the grain size of the secondary α phase. However, both of them have little effects on the shape of the microstructure of TC6 titanium alloy. Therefore heating temperature and holding time should be controlled strictly for thermal forge shaping of TC6 titanium alloy.
