疲勞損傷的在線跟蹤監(jiān)測

摘 要: 用系統(tǒng)分析的方法,在線跟蹤觀察了40Cr鋼Ni-P化學(xué)鍍層及化學(xué)鍍層經(jīng)晶化處理后的試樣疲勞損傷過程。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)分析的方法能夠敏感地跟蹤疲勞損傷過程;金屬材料表面Ni-P化學(xué)鍍層狀態(tài),影響材料疲勞損傷的過程和形式,使材料的疲勞壽命下降50%以上。

electroless Ni-P coating of 40Cr steel

Abstract:A calculation model of fatigue damage is proposed using system analysis method. Three-point-bending fatigue test was applied to investigate fatigue damage parameter of electroless Ni-P coated 40Cr steel. The result reveals that the system analysis method is effective, the fatigue strength of the plated steel decreases by 50% and more.
