影響的有限元分析

摘 要: 針對(duì)單輥攪拌技術(shù)制備A2017半固態(tài)合金的工藝過(guò)程,利用ANSYS有限元分析軟件計(jì)算出了不同澆注溫度、軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速、輥-靴型腔寬度條件下合金溫度場(chǎng)、速度場(chǎng)分布,分析了單輥攪拌工藝條件對(duì)A2017合金熱/流耦合場(chǎng)的影響。優(yōu)化了單輥攪拌制備A2017半固態(tài)材料的工藝參數(shù),合理的澆注溫度為690~790℃,輥-靴型腔寬度為4mm,軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速為0.2m/s。

Abstract:According to the principle of single-roll stirring process, FEM analysis by ANSYS program was adapted to calculate thermal/fluid field under different pouring temperatures, roll velocities and roll-shoe widths during manufacturing A2017 semisolid alloy by single-roll stirring process. The effects of process conditions on thermal/fluid field were analyzed. Process parameters of manufacturing semisolid A2017 alloy were optimized. Proper pouring temperature is 690~790℃, the roll-shoe gap width is 4mm and roll rotating velocity is 0.2m/s.
