摘 要: 通過對金屬鋁箔施加高密度脈沖電流的方法,從實驗和理論上研究了電脈沖對金屬鋁箔的作用機制。實驗結果表明,電脈沖對鋁箔能夠產(chǎn)生收縮作用,鋁箔的收縮率與電脈沖充電電壓和充電電容以及放電次數(shù)有關,充電電壓越高,充電電容越高,放電次數(shù)越多,鋁箔的收縮率就越大。分析認為,脈沖電流在鋁箔中產(chǎn)生的電磁力是導致鋁箔收縮的主要原因,而脈沖電流產(chǎn)生的焦耳熱則不會導致鋁箔熔化收縮。

Abstract:The high density pulse electric current (HDPEC) was applied to the metal aluminum foil to study the effect of HDPEC on metal aluminum foil. The experimental results show that the aluminum foil will shrink when the HDPEC is applied. The ratio of the shrinkage is determined by the charge voltage,the capacitance and the discharging times. The larger the charge voltage or the charge capacitance or the discharging times,the more the shrinkage ratio is. It is analyzed that the electrical magnetic force induced by HDPEC is the main reason for the shrinkage of the aluminum foil. However,the effect of Joule heat produced by HDPEC on the shrinkage of aluminum foil can be ignored completely.
