熱力學(xué)與動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

摘 要: 對(duì)原位生成法制備Al2O3/AC8A復(fù)合材料的工藝進(jìn)行了較深入的熱力學(xué)與動(dòng)力學(xué)計(jì)算及分析,結(jié)果表明:原位反應(yīng)滿足熱力學(xué)條件;在反應(yīng)溫度下,熔體中Al的濃度以及決定物質(zhì)配分函數(shù)的各物質(zhì)微觀 運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)是影響反應(yīng)速度的主要因素。

Al2O3/AC8A composite

Abstract:Al2O3/AC8A composites was prepared by squeezing casting with in-situ reaction technique. Thermodynamic and kinetic analysis indicates that the reactions in this system meet the requirement of thermodynamics. The main effecting aspects of speed are reaction temperature,the solution of melted aluminum and those object microcosmic moving state that could affect arranging functions.
