摘 要: 通過對(duì)Al-Ti系和Al-TiO2系進(jìn)行高能球磨和壓制燒結(jié)制備了固態(tài)原位反應(yīng)生成的納米晶塊體Al3Ti/Al復(fù)合材料。研究表明: Al-Ti合金系高能球磨后,各組元晶粒得到細(xì)化,并且Ti在Al中發(fā)生了強(qiáng)制超飽和固溶,燒結(jié)時(shí)原位反應(yīng)形成納米晶Al3Ti/Al復(fù)合材料;而Al-TiO2反應(yīng)體系高能球磨僅發(fā)生組分晶粒細(xì)化,燒結(jié)時(shí)TiO2部分還原并和Al原位反應(yīng)生成納米晶(Ti2O3+Al3Ti)/Al復(fù)合材料。

Abstract:The bulk nanocrystalline Al3Ti/Al composite was synthesized by high-energy ball milling and in-situ reactive sintering. Two kind of reactive system,i.e.,Al-12%Ti and Al-10%TiO2,were used as origin materials for ball milling. After the ball milling Al-Ti powder was compressed and sintered,the bulk nanocrystlline Al3Ti/Al composite was prepared. For the ball milled Al-TiO2 powder, the bulk nanocrystlline (Ti2O3+Al3Ti)/Al composite was prepared.
