摘 要: 用懸浮熔煉法制備了含Sm和Co的N型FeSi2基熱電材料,研究了Co對含Sm的FeSi2材料電學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,材料的電學(xué)性能是由兩種摻雜元素共同決定的:Sm能明顯降低樣品的電阻率,而適量的Co能提高重?fù)絊m的FeSi2基熱電材料的α值和功率因子,Co在含Sm的FeSi2中的最佳摻雜摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)為2.23%左右。

Abstract:The n-type Fe1-x-ySmxCoySi2 thermoelectric materials were prepared by levitation melting. The experimental results show that the electrical properties of Fe1-x-ySmxCoySi2 are determined by the total content of Sm and Co. It is concluded that Co can improve the transport properties of Sm-doped FeSi2 based thermoelectrical materials by increasing the Seebeck coefficient and that Sm has more effect on the electrical resistivity decreasing. The results indicate that the best Co-doped content in this thermoelectrical materials is 2.23% to have high power factor.
