摘 要: 研究了通孔泡沫鋁孔結(jié)構(gòu)及成形方法對(duì)氣流沖擊所產(chǎn)生噪聲的降噪性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,泡沫鋁在0.125~16kHz范圍內(nèi)均具有較好的降噪作用,平均降噪效果可達(dá)10~35dB,最高可達(dá)48dB。其降噪效果受孔結(jié)構(gòu)影響,孔徑為0.1mm,孔隙率為60%泡沫鋁試樣的降噪效果最佳。

Abstract:The influence of pore structure and processing methods of porous Al-foam on gas noise damping was studied. The results show that Al-foam has good gas noise damping property in 0.125~16kHz, the average value of noise damping is 10~35dB, the maximum is 48dB. The noise damping property is influenced b y pore structure and processing methods. The Al-foam body, which pore diameter is 0.1mm, porosity is 60%, is the best for damping gas noise.
