摘 要: 在純鈦中加入Fe,Mo,Mn,Nb和Zr強(qiáng)化元素制成新型Ti-Fe-Mo-Mn-Nb-Zr系鈦合金,測(cè)定了該材料的硬度、壓縮強(qiáng)度及彈性模量等性能,考察了加入元素對(duì)硬度、壓縮強(qiáng)度的影響規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該合金形成了等軸α+β組織,與其它現(xiàn)有牙科用鈦合金相比,硬度、彈性模量更接近牙本質(zhì)的,且壓縮性能明顯優(yōu)于其它牙科用鈦合金。

Ti-Fe-Mo-Mn-Nb-Zr titanium alloy

Abstract:New serials titanium alloys composed of non-toxic reinforced elements Fe,Mo,Mn,Nb and Zr were designed. The hardness,compressive strength and elastic modulus were measured,and the influence of elements on mechanical properties of alloys were studied. The results suggest that thickly equiaxed α+β microstructure was formed in these alloys. Compared with common use dentistry titanium alloys,the hardness and elastic modulus of Ti-Fe-Mo-Mn-Nb-Zr series titanium alloys are more close to those of dentin. Hardness and compressive strength of the Ti-Fe-Mo-Mn-Nb-Zr alloys are overmatch that of the common use dentistry titanium alloys in evidence.
