摘 要: 研究了含氫量為11%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的一種Ti-Al-Zr合金在室溫和100℃時(shí)的氫致延遲斷裂行為。結(jié)果表明該合金的裂紋擴(kuò)展分兩個(gè)階段:在第1階段中,裂紋擴(kuò)展速率da/dt隨著應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子KⅠ的增加而稍稍增加(室溫下)或者不變(100℃時(shí));在第2階段da/dt隨KⅠ增加而迅速增加,當(dāng)KⅠ達(dá)到KⅠH時(shí),試樣失穩(wěn)斷裂。室溫和100℃時(shí)的KⅠH分別為58MPa/m3/2和61MPa/m3/2。

Abstract:Hydrogen induced delayed fracture behavior of a Ti-Al-Zr alloy containing 11%(mass fraction) hydrogen at room temperature and 100℃ was studied. The results show that the curves of crack propagation velocityvs stress intensity factor have typical two-stage characteristics. In the first stage, crack growth velocity(da/dt) does not increase significantly with stress intensity factor KⅠ. But in the second stage,(da/dt) increase rapidly with KⅠ increasing,and the specimen fractures when KⅠ extends to critical value KⅠH. KⅠH at room temperature and 100℃ is about 58MPa/m3/2 and 61MPa/m3/2 respectively.
