磁性能的影響

摘 要: 探討了回火處理對(duì)燒結(jié)Nd-Fe-B系合金顯微組織和磁性能的影響。研究表明:回火處理后,磁體的顯微組織得到明顯的改善,主相體積分?jǐn)?shù)增加,晶界變得清晰,晶粒尺寸趨向均勻;顆粒狀富Nd相減少,富Nd相沿晶界均勻分布,成分趨于共晶富Nd相的成分;磁體的剩磁、矯頑力和最大磁能積都得到提高,最大磁能積普遍提高20~30kJ/m3。

Abstract:The effect of tempering process on the microstructure and magnetic properties of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets were studied. It is showed that, after tempering, the microstructure of magnets is improved. An increase in the volume fraction of matrix phase was observed. The grain boundary gets clearer and the g rain size becomes more consistent. The content of gathered clot of Nd-rich phase reduces, whose composition changes to eutectic one. Magnetic properties are improved, and the value of (BH)max is enhanced by 20~30kJ/m3.
