摘 要: 應(yīng)用本研究組發(fā)展的改進分析型EAM多體勢,由準諧和近似計算方法具體計算了8種fcc過渡族金屬(Ag,Au,Cu,Ir,Ni,Pd,Pt,Rh)和Al的[100],[110]和[111]3個方向的聲子譜和晶格摩爾熱容,并將計算結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果進行了比較。結(jié)果表明:聲子譜在低頻率處與實驗結(jié)果符合得很好,在高頻率處有偏差;計算的晶格摩爾熱容與實驗結(jié)果符合良好。所采用的EAM多體勢能較好的反映fcc金屬原子間的相互作用。

Abstract:The phonon spectra and lattice molar heat capacity of fcc metals (Ag,Al,Au,Cu,Ir,Ni,Pd,Pt,Rh) were calculated by the analytic embedded atom method (AEAM). The results are in good agreement with the experimental data, which indicates that the present AEAM can reflect the interatomic interaction reasonably for these metals.
