摘 要: 根據實際條件確定了感應加熱線圈的計算結構和材料的有關參數,應用改進的商業(yè)ANSYS軟件, 采用一維軸對稱模型對鋁合金中頻感應加熱溫度及其分布進行了模擬。結果表明,在大功率和小功率的加熱條件下,模擬結果與實測結果均相當吻合。

Abstract:The simplified layout of the induction coil and all the required parameters were determined reasonably according to the experimental conditions. The temperature and its distribution in aluminum billets were simulated by modified ANSYS software with one dimension axis symmetrical model. It is shown that the results of simulation can be compared with the measured values very well under large and small power heating conditions.
