摘 要: 研究了納米Fe粉摻雜的Nd,F(xiàn)e,Mo混合粉末的機(jī)械合金化過程。用X射線衍射及掃描電鏡分析了球磨過程粉末微結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,并結(jié)合選區(qū)電子衍射分析,證實(shí)球磨的最終產(chǎn)物為非晶、α-Fe和少量的Mo。差示掃描量熱法(DSC)分析球磨粉的晶化過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),其非晶晶化過程中無結(jié)構(gòu)弛豫現(xiàn)象。通過優(yōu)化工藝,得到了非常好的磁性能。

Abstract:MA processes of Nd,F(xiàn)e,Mo blending powders doped with nano-sized Fe powder were investigated. By X-ray and SEM,the change of powder microstructure was analyzed during ball milling. It has been verified that the mixture of amorphous phase,α-Fe and Mo was obtained,combined with the analysis of selected area diffraction. Using DSC,it is found that the amorphous crystallization of ball milling powders has its own specialty. The optimum magnetic properties were acquired with the selected technology.
