摘 要: 研究了壓力鑄造法研制的硅酸鋁纖維增強(qiáng)ZL108復(fù)合材料的機(jī)械性能。結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合材料在高溫和室溫下都具有良好的耐磨性,溫度小于300℃時,復(fù)合材料仍具有較好的耐磨性,而基體合金卻嚴(yán)重粘著;而且復(fù)合材料的抗壓屈服強(qiáng)度、抗彎強(qiáng)度及顯微硬度比基體材料ZL108合金的強(qiáng)度高。磨損面的SEM電鏡觀察表明:復(fù)合材料中纖維的存在起到抑制犁溝延伸與擴(kuò)展的作用,從而提高了耐磨性。

Al2O3-SiO2/ZL108 composites

Abstract:High-temperature wear resistance of Al2O3-SiO2/ZL108 composites preparedby squeeze casting was investigated. The results show that the composites exhibit excellent wear resistance at high temperature and room temperature. Particularly at 300℃,the composites still show good wear resistance while the severe adhesion happened in the ZL108 alloy. Moreover, the yield strength,bending strength and micro-hardness of the composite were higher than those of ZL108 alloy. The worn surfaces were examined through a scanning electron microscope. The results also show that the fiber in the composites put pack formation of the groove, which improved the wear resistance of the composites. The effect of microstructure on the mechanical properties and the strengthening mechanism in Al2O3/ZL108 composites were discussed.
