摘 要: 研究了SiC增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料的半固態(tài)法制備,分析了SiC顆粒與基體金屬之間的潤(rùn)濕性,提出了解決SiC顆粒與基體金屬之間潤(rùn)濕的措施。結(jié)果表明:將SiC顆粒進(jìn)行高溫處理,在其表面涂覆K2ZrF6,在2A11合金熔體中添Mg元素,可改變SiC與鋁基體的浸潤(rùn)性。

Abstract:The 2A11 matrix composite reinforced by SiC was studied, which was fabricated by semi-solid casting. The influence factor of wetting between SiC and matrix metal was analyzed, and the way was supplied to solve this problem.The results show that the wettability can be improved by treating SiC in high temperature, -coating K2ZrF6 on it, and adding Mg in 2A11 alloy.
