摘 要: 綜合介紹了分子式為Mn+1AXn的三元碳化物和氮化物的結(jié)構(gòu)特征、制備方法、主要性能和應(yīng)用前景。該類(lèi)化合物為層狀的六方晶體結(jié)構(gòu),空間群為P63/mmc;采用熱等靜壓方法能制備出高純、致密的材料;單相材料具有很好的導(dǎo)熱性能和導(dǎo)電性能,有較低的顯微硬度和較高的彈性模量和剪切模量,可以像金屬一樣進(jìn)行加工,并在高溫下具有塑性等金屬特性,同時(shí)具有高的屈服強(qiáng)度,高熔點(diǎn)、高熱穩(wěn)定性等陶瓷特性。

excellent metal properties

Abstract:The ternary carbides and nitrides with the molecular formula of Mn+1AXn were summarized, and the structures, synthesis methods and main properties of the compounds were discussed. The compounds are layered hexagonal structures with group space of P63/mmc. The ceramics of them which have high purity and relative density can be synthesized by the hot-isostatic pressing. As a class of materials these compounds have a combination of excellent properties, including good electrical and thermal conductivities, relatively low Vickers hardness and good machinability, high elastic and shear modulus, as well as good oxidation resistance. In addition, the recent research progress on the compound Ti3SiC2 is mainly introduced.
