摘 要: 綜述了鋁和鋁合金的大氣腐蝕特點(diǎn)和大氣主要污染組分對鋁的大氣腐蝕影響。暴露于大氣中的鋁表面呈現(xiàn)三層結(jié)構(gòu),即氧化鋁和氫氧化鋁層、其上的腐蝕產(chǎn)物層和最上層的污染物沉積形成的污染物層。鋁的硫酸鹽是大氣腐蝕層最豐富的腐蝕產(chǎn)物,其次是鋁的氯化物。著重闡述了SO2,NO2,NO,O3,Cl-和存在的痕量大氣有機(jī)物對鋁的大氣腐蝕行為影響。

Abstract: The properties of atmospheric corrosion of aluminum and aluminum alloys and the effect of principal pollutants of atmosphere on corrosion of aluminum and aluminum alloy were summarized. A three layer of aluminum exposed to atmosphere is identified: the aluminum and its native oxide, the corrosion layer atop oxide aluminum, and a surface contamination layer. Sulfate species have been found to be the most abundant constituents of corrosion layers. Chloride species are the next most common corrosion product. The emphasis was on the effect of SO2,NO2,NO,O3,Cl- and atmospheric trace organic on the atmosphere corrosion of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
