摘 要: 以堿式乙酸鋁和氨水為前驅(qū)物,以水為反應(yīng)介質(zhì),在不同溫度和不同恒溫時間下水熱合成一水軟鋁石粉體,隨著溫度升高和保溫時間延長,合成粉體結(jié)晶度變好,晶粒變大。在溫度為160 ℃,恒溫時間為2 h,制備出了結(jié)晶度好、平均粒徑約30 nm的一水軟鋁石粉體。并通過SEM觀察、X射線衍射分析和粉體比表面積的測量對合成的粉體進(jìn)行了表征,并用截線法確定了粉體的平均粒徑。

characterizations of boehmite powder

Abstract:Nanometer-sized boehmite powders with the minimum mean particle size 30 nm were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method in the autoclave with autogeneous pressure. The optimum hydrothermal conditions, temperature 160 ℃, isothermal time 2 h, were obtained to get desirable boehmite powder with relatively well crystallized and little agglomerations. Characterizations were carried out with X-ray diffractometer, the scanning electronic micrograph and the specific area measurement.
