摘 要: 用壓縮氬弧等離子束快速掃描化學(xué)鍍Ni-P合金鍍層。組織、成分、結(jié)構(gòu)和性能研究結(jié)果表明, Ni-P合金重熔層大部分為胞狀枝晶組織,由Ni基固溶體、α相(鐵素體)和Ni3P相組成;次層為淬火馬氏體組織;基體與熔凝層之間存在梯度擴(kuò)散層。

beam scanning on microstructure
and composition of electroless Ni-P alloy layer

Abstract:Electroless Ni-P alloy layer is scanned rapidly by compression argon arc plasma beam. The microstructructure, composition and microhardness of Ni-P alloy layer show that Ni-P alloy layer becomes cellular dendrite which is mainly composed of γ-(Ni, Fe), α-Fe and Ni3P phase. The sublevel is marstenite quenching structure. A gradient diffusion layer exists between the layer and the matrix.
