摘 要: 在分析連續(xù)擠壓技術(shù)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用剛粘塑性有限元模型,建立了連續(xù)擠壓的計(jì)算機(jī)仿真模型,包括幾何模型、材料模型、塑性力學(xué)模型、摩擦力學(xué)模型和熱力耦合模型;組建了一個有關(guān)連續(xù)擠壓的計(jì)算機(jī)仿真系統(tǒng),對連續(xù)擠壓的成形過程進(jìn)行了計(jì)算機(jī)仿真, 得出了有關(guān)連續(xù)擠壓全過程的應(yīng)力場、應(yīng)變場和溫度場。

Abstract:The technological feature of the continuous extrusion forming (ConformTM ) process was analyzed and the computer simulation models, including geometric, material, plastical, frictional and heat-transferring models, were built. The models were used to predict the deformation behavior of ConformTM process and the temperature, strain and stress fields were gained.
