摘 要: 在鋁合金鑄件三維溫度場計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了采用動態(tài)多熔池等效液面收縮量法對縮孔進(jìn)行預(yù)測;并綜合質(zhì)量守恒方程、動量方程和氫含量守恒方程,建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型對縮松進(jìn)行預(yù)測。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了數(shù)學(xué)模型的正確性。

Abstract:On the basis of 3-D temperature fields calculation of aluminum alloy casting, the liquid face shrinkage capacity method of varied several melt pool is put forward to predicate shrinkage cavity; also the mathematical model of porosity predication which consists of continuity equation, motion equation and conservation equation of gas content is established. The above models are proved correct by comparing the simulation and test results.
