摘 要: 對旋壓及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理、陽極氧化和化學(xué)銑切表面處理的卷焊LF6鋁合金進行深海暴露1年腐蝕試驗。 通過腐蝕宏觀和微觀形貌及成分測定結(jié)果可知,旋壓鋁筒耐蝕性能優(yōu)于卷板焊接鋁筒,經(jīng)陽極氧化表面處理的卷焊鋁筒的耐蝕性優(yōu)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理和化學(xué)銑切的耐蝕性。在卷焊鋁筒焊縫上基本未發(fā)生腐蝕,焊縫附近的區(qū)域卻有較深的蝕坑。焊縫內(nèi)第二相的規(guī)則排列及富錳相相對LF6合金基體較少是焊縫耐腐蝕的原因。

Abstract:The spinning samples and welding samples with standard, anodic oxidation or chemical milling surface treatment were immersed in seawater for one year. The results of corrosion morphologies and alloy composites show that corrosion resistance property of spinning samples is better than that of welding ones and corrosion resistance property of welding samples with anodix oxidation is better than that of those with standard or chemical milling. There is nearly no corrosion on the welding seam and some corrosion pits in the heat affected zone. The excellent corrosion resistance of the welding seam is due to more regular and less second phases in welding seam than that in substrate of LF6 alloy.
