摘 要: 通過降低雜質(zhì)含量、 改善物理性能等新技術以及Ta2O5 鈉還原制取高比電容鉭粉、 TaCl5低溫鈉還原制取納米級鉭粉的新工藝方法,生產(chǎn)了性能優(yōu)良的高比容鉭粉, 并研究了其微觀結構; 同時開發(fā)了制造高比電容鈮粉、 一氧化鈮粉的新技術, 制得了高性能的電容器級鈮粉和一氧化鈮粉, 為鈮電容器作為一種新類型電容器產(chǎn)業(yè)參與競爭提供了優(yōu)質(zhì)的基礎材料。

Abstract:By some new techniques of reducing impurity and improving physical properties, and by sodium reducing Ta2O5, tantalum powders with high capacitance and other excellent properties were produced, the morphologies were also studied. And by some new techniques of producing niobium or niobium monoxide powders, niobium/niobium monoxide powders with high capacitance were also obtained, which has supplied excellent fundamental material for niobium capacitors.
