摘 要: 介紹了10kg/次煤焦油溶劑萃取分離系統(tǒng)的流程及特點(diǎn),并在此萃取分離系統(tǒng)中研究了對煤焦油中2~4環(huán)芳香族化合物的分離效果。結(jié)果表明: 當(dāng)工業(yè)酒精與焦油質(zhì)量比約為1∶1, 轉(zhuǎn)速為150r/min, 每次攪拌30min, 靜置30min, 進(jìn)行5~6次萃取分離時, 即可將煤焦油中的1~4環(huán)化合物完全萃取, 從而得到軟化點(diǎn)達(dá)110℃的瀝青, 顯示該系統(tǒng)具有較好的萃取分離效果;各組分在萃取相和萃余相中的濃度有很高的相關(guān)系數(shù)(r>0.95), 符合у=a+b/x型式的雙曲線方程; 該萃取體系可能為擴(kuò)散控制過程。

Abstract:The technological process and character of solvents extraction separation system of self-designed for coal tar, which can extract coal tar 10kg per pot, were introduced. The separation effectiveness of 1-4 ring aromatic hydrocarbons from coal tar was examed. The tests show that 1-4 ring aromatics can be completely extracted from coal tar by 5-6 times operation using equivalent ethanol for industrial use as extraction solvent, obtaining coal tar pitch with soften point as high as 110℃. The extraction is inferred to be the diffusion controlling process. The correlation coefficient of the concentration of the main compounds in extraction phase and residua are accorded with the hyperbola equations of y=a+b/x.
