摘 要: 在氣氛保護(hù)下采用熱壓工藝制備了具有梯度結(jié)構(gòu)的Ag-Cu-MoS2電刷材料, 對(duì)該材料的制備工藝、 顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、 電性能和摩擦磨損性能等進(jìn)行了分析。 結(jié)果表明: 在熱壓過(guò)程中, 由于氬氣的保護(hù)作用, 雖然工藝溫度達(dá)到850 ℃, MoS2并未發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng), 保障了材料的自潤(rùn)滑性能; 所用工藝較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了梯度結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造及材料的制備, MoS2均勻而彌散地分布于Ag-Cu基體中, 該材料具有優(yōu)良的電性能、 摩擦磨損性能及焊接性能。

Abstract: Ag-Cu-MoS2 brush materials with a graded structure was produced by hot press process in protective atmosphere. The processing, microstructure, conductivity and wear properties of Ag-Cu-MoS2 brush materials were studied. The results show that MoS2 is not oxidized in the process, and Ar2 has protection effect. The materials and the graded structure can be constructed by proper process-control, and MoS2 is distributed homogeneously in the Ag-Cu matrix. The Ag-Cu -MoS2 brush materials have good conductivity, wear properties and welding performance.
