摘 要: 基于DD6合金成分, 調(diào)整合金Re與Cr含量, 澆注5種不同Re含量單晶高溫合金。 通過對合金在1 038 ℃, 248 MPa持久性能的測試及對合金斷裂組織掃描、 透射電鏡觀察與分析, 探討了Re對單晶高溫合金高溫高應(yīng)力持久性能的影響。 結(jié)果表明: 在高溫高應(yīng)力條件下, 隨合金中Re含量的單獨(dú)增加, 合金高溫高應(yīng)力持久壽命提高, 而單位質(zhì)量Re元素的強(qiáng)化作用減弱; 合金Cr含量對合金高溫高應(yīng)力持久壽命有顯著影響, Re含量增加的同時(shí)適當(dāng)降低合金Cr含量, 可使合金獲得較高的持久壽命。

Abstract: The effects of Re on stress rupture properties of high refractory content single crystal Ni-base superalloys at elevated temperature and high stress were investigated. Based on the compositions of DD6 alloy, five experimental single crystal superalloys containing varied levels of Re and Cr were produced. High temperature stress rupture tests were carried out at 1 038 ℃ with an engineering stress of 248 MPa. The stress rupture life is found to be remarkably improved with Re addition but the strengthening effect of Re is depressed with increasing Re content only, and alloys can achieve rather longer stress rupture life by increasing Re content and decreasing Cr content at the same time.
