表面吸附的影響

摘 要: 采用紅外光譜和光電子能譜檢測,研究了不同溫度條件下油酸鈉在一水硬鋁石礦物表面吸附, 并分析了溫度影響油酸鈉捕收一水硬鋁石能力的根本原因。 結(jié)果表明: 在一定溫度范圍內(nèi)(10~45℃), 油酸鈉對一水硬鋁石的捕收能力隨溫度的升高而提高;在常溫或相對低溫條件下, 油酸鈉在一水硬鋁石表面沒有呈現(xiàn)明顯的化學吸附形式, 只有在較高藥劑濃度和較高溫度下, 油酸鈉在一水硬鋁石表面才發(fā)生明顯的化學吸附。 溫度影響油酸鈉捕收能力的主要原因,可能是溫度的不同導致了油酸鈉在溶液中的各組份分布率的差異, 從而影響油酸鈉的捕收能力。

Abstract: The absorption of sodium oleate on the surface of diaspore was investigated under different temperature by IR spectroscopy and XPS. The results show that the collecting capacity of sodium oleate on diaspore increase with the increasing of temperature during the appropriate temperature range. Chemisorption on the diaspore/oleate interface does not take place at the room temperature or lower temperature, but there can be measured obviously at higher concentration of sodium oleate and higher temperature. The main cause to influence the collecting capacity of sodium oleate on diaspore attributes to the decrease of oleate solubility, which results from the decrease of temperature.
