摘 要: 采用不同的燒結(jié)工藝制備了NiFe2O4陶瓷材料,研究了真空、 大氣、 N23種氣氛對NiFe2O4陶瓷材料燒結(jié)致密度的影響,解決了燒結(jié)過程中NiFe2O4陶瓷的離解問題。結(jié)果表明: 在制備NiFe2O4陶瓷過程中,燒結(jié)氣氛嚴(yán)重影響著陶瓷的離解和致密化; 真空燒結(jié)將導(dǎo)致NiFe2O4陶瓷的離解, N2氣氛保護(hù)燒結(jié)所制備出的NiFe2O4陶瓷樣品的密度較大氣氣氛燒結(jié)所制備出的樣品的密度高出14.6%~32.6%。 分析結(jié)果表明: 因NiFe2O4陶瓷高溫失氧所帶來的表面能和晶體缺陷的差異是影響其致密化的關(guān)鍵;無論在何種氣氛下燒結(jié), 提高燒結(jié)溫度都有利于提高NiFe2O4樣品的燒結(jié)密度。

nickel ferrite ceramic for aluminum electrolysis

Abstract: The effect of sintering atmosphere on the NiFe2O4 ceramic densification were studied, in which three kinds of sintering atmosphere, including air, vacuum and N2 , were used. High density NiFe2O4 ceramic was achieved. The results show that, the sintering atmosphere plays a very important role in the densification, and the relative density of the NiFe2O4 ceramic obtained in N2 atmosphere is about 14.6%-32.6% higher than that in air, and increasing the sintering temperature in any atmosphere is helpful to improving the relative density.
