摘 要: 運用大型有限元分析軟件ANSYS中附帶的APDL模塊解決鋁電解槽熱非線性和爐幫形狀的循環(huán)計算問題,充分考慮電解質發(fā)生相變時產(chǎn)生的潛熱, 建立了熱電場數(shù)學模型, 開發(fā)了準三維熱電耦合模型。 選擇普通炭塊和碳化硅作為側部保溫材料兩種情況, 對我國300kA側部五點進電預焙鋁電解槽進行了熱電耦合分析,繪出了熱場等溫線圖。 結果表明, 300kA側部五點進電預焙電解槽的陰極和側部炭塊的設計是合理的。

Abstract: By using ANSYS APDL, the non-linear behaviors in aluminum reduction cell were considered and the profile of bath freeze was computed. Considering the phase change problems, the thermo-electric mathematical models and 2D+ thermo-electric models were built up. For the cases of common carbon and SiC, the thermo-electric coupled filed of 300kA prebaked aluminum reduction cell was computed. The results indicate that the design of cathode and side of 300kA prebaked aluminum reduction cell is reasonable.
