摘 要: 利用三柵極離子滲鍍方法在鈦基和石墨基上制備出新型陽極材料;利用XRD、 GDS等測試手段對這種陽極電極進行了表征; 觀察了電極1mol/L H2SO4溶液60℃時的電解壽命; 測定了電極的極化曲線及動力學參數(shù),并與同類其他電極進行了比較。 結(jié)果表明: 在鈦基上用這種新型方法制備的電極具有一些特殊的性能和可觀的應(yīng)用前景。

Abstract: Anode materials based on titanium and graphite were prepared with a surface carbide alloying layer by the processing. Characteristic of layers was examined with XRD and GDS, etc. The electrolytic life duration of electrode, stable polarization curves and kinetic parameters were determined in 1mol/L H2SO4 solution at 60℃. The results show that the properties of electrodes on titanium are obviously improved and may have a bright applying future.
