合金磨損性能的影響

摘 要: 制定了國產(chǎn)HMn59-2-1-0.5合金同步器齒環(huán)的熱處理工藝,對(duì)比了該合金齒環(huán)和進(jìn)口齒環(huán)的磨損性能, 分析了HMn59-2-1-0.5合金的磨損機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明: 國產(chǎn)HMn59-2-1-0.5合金同步器齒環(huán)耐磨性優(yōu)于進(jìn)口同步器齒環(huán)或與之相當(dāng),磨損機(jī)理主要是磨粒磨損, 熱處理后形成的“硬質(zhì)點(diǎn)+軟基體”和“軟質(zhì)點(diǎn)+硬基體”的典型多相復(fù)合耐磨組織使合金具有良好的摩擦特性。

Abstract: The heat treatment technique of HMn59-2-1-0.5 alloy used in car synchro converter ring was determined. The wear properties between HM59-2-1-0.5 alloy and imported material used in car synchro converter ring were compared and the wear mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the wear properties of HM59-2-1-0.5 alloy equal to or are better than those of imported material and the main wear mechanism is abrasive wear. The composite microstructures of hard particle+soft matrix and soft particle+hard matrix make the alloy have excellent friction
