摘 要: 對碳納米管進(jìn)行酸處理后,碳納米管表面產(chǎn)生大量的官能團(tuán); 再將其在Sn和Pd溶液中進(jìn)行敏化活化處理, 使碳納米管表面形成密集的活化點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明: 通過化學(xué)沉積方法, 金屬鎳可在活化點(diǎn)沉積并形成包覆層; 碳納米管的改性、 高密度的活化點(diǎn)及較低的沉積速率是得到連續(xù)包覆層的關(guān)鍵; 熱處理使得包覆層更加光滑致密。

Abstract: Much functional groups were obtained on the surface of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) by acid treatment, and high density activated sites were formed on the surface of carbon nanotubes after activated in Sn and Pd solution subsequently. The results show that Ni coatings can be deposited and formed on the surface of carbon nanotubes. The modification, high density activated sites and low deposition rate are the key to obtain continuous layer. The layer will be smoother and more condense after heat treatment.
