摘 要: 研究了氣體種類、 氣體流量、拉坯速度等工藝參數(shù)對氣膜軟接觸連鑄坯組織性能的影響。 結(jié)果表明: 隨氣體流量的降低、 拉坯速度的增大, 鑄坯的表面質(zhì)量變差, 宏觀組織中的等軸晶比例降低, 鑄坯的皮下反偏析層厚度增大;氣膜軟接觸連鑄坯的力學性能明顯高于傳統(tǒng)DC連鑄坯。

Abstract: The effects of technology parameters including the gas kind, the gas flow rate and the casting speed on microstructures and tensile properties of slab were studied. The results show that the slab surface becomes worse and the equiaxed dendrite rate reduces with the gas flow rate decreasing and the casting speed increasing, and the surface segregation thickness increases on the same condition. Furthermore, the slab produced with the gas film soft contact technology excels the slab produced with the conventional DC casting technology in the tensile properties.
