摘 要: 用固體經(jīng)驗(yàn)電子理論(EET)對(duì)Al-Cu合金時(shí)效初期的析出相的價(jià)電子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算。 計(jì)算結(jié)果表明: 合金基體析出的共格GP區(qū)、 θ″相, 具有比基體更強(qiáng)的共價(jià)鍵絡(luò), 提升了合金的整體鍵絡(luò)強(qiáng)度。 從價(jià)電子結(jié)構(gòu)層次上解釋了時(shí)效初期的GP區(qū)和θ″相對(duì)合金強(qiáng)化作用的內(nèi)在原因。

Al-Cu alloy in early aging condition

Abstract: According to the “Empirical Electron Theory in Solid and Molecules”(EET), the valence electronic structures of the precipitations in Al-Cu alloy in early aging condition were calculated. The results show that the covalence bond-net in the GP zone and θ″ phase coherence with bulk were much stronger than that in bulk, and enhanced the whole covalence bond strength of alloy. These can be used to reveal the inside cause of alloy strengthening from valence electron structure levels in early aging.
