摘 要: 通過對(duì)TiNiCr形狀記憶合金絲施加不同的預(yù)變形,利用拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)和光學(xué)顯微鏡研究不同預(yù)變形對(duì)TiNiCr形狀記憶合金超彈性和顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:預(yù)變形對(duì)TiNiCr形狀記憶合金彈性有著顯著的影響,TiNiCr合金彈性隨著變形量的增加而增加,當(dāng)變形量達(dá)到51.4%時(shí),彈性的增加不明顯,單純的預(yù)變形不能使TiNiCr達(dá)到完全的非線性超彈性,但會(huì)使TiNiCr產(chǎn)生一種細(xì)小板條狀且高度形變的馬氏體變體;當(dāng)變形量達(dá)到48.6%時(shí),馬氏體變體的體積明顯增大,極大地提高了母相的強(qiáng)度,從而顯著提高TiNiCr絲的彈性。

Abstract: The effect of the different pre-deformation on superelasticity and microstructure of TiNiCr shape memory alloy was studied by means of tensile test and optical microscope. The results show that the effect of the pre-deformation on superelasticity is obvious. The superelasticity becomes better with the growing pre-deformation. When the deformation reaches 51.4%, the growing rate of superelasticity gets slow. The pre-deformation cannot make TiNiCr obtain complete non-linear superelasticity, but make a kind of fine and highly deformed martensite in TiNiCr. When the deformation reaches 48.6%, the martensite grows with the growing deformation, which increases the intensity of generatrix and the superelasticity of TiNiCr shape memory alloy.
