摘 要: 采用原位熔體反應(yīng)合成法制備了(Al2O3+TiB2)/ZL202復(fù)合材料。用電子探針對(duì)復(fù)合材料的微觀組織進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果表明:增強(qiáng)相TiB2顆粒主要分布于晶界上,與CuAl2相交織在一起,尺寸在1μm左右,呈現(xiàn)圓球形,Al2O3顆粒約在3 μm左右, 呈現(xiàn)規(guī)則的顆粒或圓球狀,且彼此分離, 界面干凈。對(duì)鑄態(tài)復(fù)合材料室溫抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度的測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),兩相顆粒增強(qiáng)的復(fù)合材料都較單一顆粒增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料要高。經(jīng)過(guò)T6處理后,(Al2O3+TiB2)/ZL202復(fù)合材料的抗拉強(qiáng)度由221.0 MPa提高至339.6 MPa,提高幅度達(dá)53.67%,其延伸率降低至2.60%。

Abstract: Fabrication technology of (Al2O3+TiB2)/ZL202 composites by in-situ reaction synthesis process was fabricated. The electron probe microanalyses of the composites reveal that TiB2 particles distribute along the grain boundaries, which interweave with CuAl2 phases. TiB2 particle is about 1 μm in size, with nearly spherical form. Al2O3 particles are about 3 μm in size, which are separated and its interfaces are clean. From the results of hardness tests and tensile experiments at room temperature, it is found that the hardness of the composites reinforced cooperatively by both TiB2 and Al2O3 is obviously higher than that of composites reinforced by one kind of particle. After T6 treatment, the tensile strength of (Al2O3+TiB2)/ZL202 composite increases from 221.0 MPa to 339.6 MPa, which is raised by 53.67%. The ductility of composites is 2.60%.
