摘 要: 為了準(zhǔn)確地評估汽車用鋁合金板的拉深性能,在單向拉伸試驗(yàn)、平面應(yīng)變拉伸試驗(yàn)和圓筒件拉深試驗(yàn)獲得的樣本基礎(chǔ)上,采用回歸分析方法,全面地分析了汽車用鋁合金板各種材料性能參數(shù)與其拉深性能之間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。研究表明: 在所給出的材料性能參數(shù)中,xb值(平面應(yīng)變抗拉強(qiáng)度與單向抗拉強(qiáng)度之比)對極限凸模行程的相關(guān)性最為顯著,其次是硬化指數(shù)n及寬度頸縮率ψ等參數(shù),而厚向異性系數(shù)r與鋁合金的拉深性能并不相關(guān)。上述結(jié)果表明,在評估汽車用鋁合金板的拉深性能時(shí),使用xb值為評價(jià)指標(biāo)最為準(zhǔn)確。

Abstract: In order to exactly evaluate drawability of automotive aluminum alloy sheets, the correlation between material properties and formability of automotive aluminium alloy sheets, based on the sample data obtained from uniaxial tension, plane strain tension and cylindrical deep drawing tests, is analyzed by means of regression analysis method. Investigation shows that correlation of the value xb, namely the ratio of the tensile strength in plane strain tension and uniaxial tension tests, is the most remarkable among all the given material parameters, and that of the hardening exponent n and the width necking percentage ψ is less than that of the xb, but the anisotropical coefficient r doesn’t have correlation. The results above indicate that it is much more exact to evaluate drawability of automotive aluminium alloy sheets by means of the values of xb.
