鈦合金焊縫表面疲勞短裂紋的擴(kuò)展行為

摘 要: 對(duì)TC2鈦合金焊縫金屬疲勞表面短裂紋擴(kuò)展行為進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,表明裂紋的擴(kuò)展過程是多裂紋系統(tǒng)的演化過程。 基于實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果, 考慮到短裂紋擴(kuò)展過程中的合并、 干涉作用等因素, 用應(yīng)力松弛區(qū)模糊化的方法, 建立了仿真模型, 對(duì)疲勞短裂紋演化的物理過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。將短裂紋演化行為模擬結(jié)果與短裂紋擴(kuò)展復(fù)型的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較, 可以看出兩者吻合較好, 表明所建立的準(zhǔn)則合理、 實(shí)用。

Propagation behaviours of short fatigue cracks of titanium alloy-weld

Abstract: The propagation behaviour on surface short fatigue cracks of TC2 titanium alloy-weld was investigated according to the experiment. The results show that the process of crack propagation is a multi-crack system. Based on the experimental results, the simulation model was developed by using the method of the fuzzed relaxation regions. The effects of junction and interaction in the short crack propagation process were taken into account. And the simulation for the process of the short fatigue crack propagation and junction was realized. The results indicate that the method make more accurate to set out the process of the short fatigue crack evolution.
