復(fù)合帶組織與力學(xué)性能的影響

摘 要: 研究了2種母材在線高頻電阻加熱生產(chǎn)碳鋼/鋁復(fù)合帶的生產(chǎn)工藝, 對產(chǎn)品的金相形貌與元素擴散進行了觀察和分析。結(jié)果表明: 在復(fù)合界面上沒有生成采用傳統(tǒng)熱軋工藝所產(chǎn)生的金屬間化合物FeAl3和Fe2Al5;碳鋼/鋁復(fù)合帶的最佳退火工藝為450℃退火1h; 復(fù)合帶的綜合性能得到了明顯的優(yōu)化, 在線高頻電阻加熱工藝在雙金屬復(fù)合帶的生產(chǎn)中具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。

and mechanical properties of steel/Al cladding strip

Abstract: The cladding strip of steel/Al heated by high-frequency resistance on line was produced. Morphologies and diffusion were studied by optical microscope and scanning microscope. The results show that intermetallics FeAl3 and Fe2Al3 are not found at interface. The best annealing temperature and time of steel/Al cladding strip is 450℃ and 1h. The mechanical properties is improved obviously. High-frequency resistance heating cladding strip has very wide application prospect.
