摘 要: 用MSC.Marc軟件模擬了3種不同裝粉方式下鈦粉壓制成形過程中粉末的流動情況及壓坯的密度分布規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明: 粉末裝粉方式對粉末壓制過程及壓坯密度有較大的影響, 與平式裝粉方式相比, 采用凸式裝粉, 試樣的燒結(jié)坯密度提高了6%, 孔隙分布的均勻性也得到相應(yīng)的改善。

Abstract: With the aid of MSC.Marc Software, the numerical simulation of compaction on titanium powder loading in three different kinds of ways was carried out. The results show that the loading ways of powder greatly affect the density and porosity distribution, the sintered density of samples by the way of convex powder loading increases by 6% than that of flat way. The uniformity of porosity distribution has also been improved.
