回收稀土的動(dòng)力學(xué)

摘 要: 研究了固氟氯化銨焙燒法分解包頭混合型稀土精礦回收稀土的動(dòng)力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明: 固氟焙砂的氯化反應(yīng)過(guò)程符合Bagdasarym提出的區(qū)域反應(yīng)速率模型,氯化反應(yīng)過(guò)程經(jīng)過(guò)了兩個(gè)串聯(lián)反應(yīng)步驟, 且反應(yīng)生成物的核按一個(gè)方向長(zhǎng)大; 反應(yīng)速率方程遵從Erofeev方程的串聯(lián)反應(yīng)步驟模型, 反應(yīng)表觀活化能Ea為36.831kJ·mol-1,過(guò)程控制步驟是內(nèi)擴(kuò)散控制。

Abstract: The kinetics on chlorinating the rare earth of Baotou rare earth mixed concentrate after fixed fluorine treatment was determined. The results indicate that the chlorination of rare earth for fixed fluorine calcine accords with the regional reaction rate model which was raised by Bagdasarym and it has experienced two steps in series, furthermore the nuclear of the resultant is growing in one direction. The equation of reaction rate obeys Erofeev Equation, apparent activation energy(Ea) is 36.831kJ·mol-1, the steps of process control is internal diffusion control.
