摘 要: 以電解低鈦鋁基合金為原料制備了A356合金, 研究了在535℃下固溶處理時(shí)間對(duì)合金共晶硅相細(xì)化、球化和分布的影響。 測(cè)量了硅顆粒的長(zhǎng)徑和短徑, 計(jì)算了顆粒的直徑和長(zhǎng)短徑比值等參數(shù), 分析了上述參數(shù)隨固溶時(shí)間的變化及其概率密度分布。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明: 由該電解合金制備的A356合金經(jīng)2~4h的固溶處理, 共晶硅就可得到較好的細(xì)化和球化效果,具有較高的分布集中度; A356合金的固溶處理時(shí)間可有效縮短。

Abstract: The influence of solution treatment time at 535℃ on the refining and spheroidizing of eutectic silicon of Sr-modified A356 alloy made of electrolysis aluminum was studied. The long-radius and short-radius of silicon particles were detected, and the diameter and aspect ratio were measured. The variations and probability distributions of these parameters versus solution treatment time were also studied. It reveals that the optimal solution time for Sr-modified A356 alloy is 2-4h. After being treated for such a short time, the small and spherical silicon particles are distributed more evenly.
