摘 要: Ta有機(jī)溶劑浸漬C/C復(fù)合材料經(jīng)熱處理后可制備TaC均勻分布的C/C-TaC復(fù)合材料, 采用X射線衍射和掃描電鏡技術(shù)研究了Ta有機(jī)溶劑熱處理轉(zhuǎn)變生成TaC的過程。 研究表明: 在熱處理過程中, Ta有機(jī)溶劑先轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檠醴g(TaO2F)和Ta2O5等中間相; 在1 500 ℃熱處理后, Ta全部轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)門aC。 熱力學(xué)計(jì)算表明, C還原Ta2O5生成TaC的溫度為1 109 ℃, 與1 200 ℃熱處理后TaC的X射線衍射結(jié)果一致。

Abstract: C/C-TaC composites with well-distributed TaC particles were made by C/C composites infiltrated with Ta organic solvent and heat treated. The forming process of TaC is characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that Ta organic solvent forms intermediates, namely tantalum oxide fluoride (TaO2F) and Ta2O5, and Ta finally turns into TaC after 1 500 heat treated. The calculated thermodynamic temperature of C reducing Ta2O5 is 1 109 ℃ and corresponds well with the XRD results after 1 200 ℃ heat treated. After heat treated, lots of air holes appear on the surface of solidified Ta organic solvent and the pits appear on the surface of C/C composites heat treated at the same time.
