基于CuZnAl形狀記憶合金的框架結(jié)構(gòu)抗震減振控制

摘 要:  利用形狀記憶合金的本構(gòu)關(guān)系, 分析了在自由應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下的殘余應(yīng)變與溫度的關(guān)系。 使用動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)采集分析儀, 測(cè)試了安裝CuZnAl形狀記憶合金耗能器的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的減振性能; 應(yīng)用電子萬能拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)試了CuZnAl形狀記憶合金的應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變滯回曲線, 借助透射電子顯微鏡, 分析了CuZnAl形狀記憶合金在熱機(jī)械循環(huán)過程中顯微組織的變化; 比較了不同熱處理工藝對(duì)CuZnAl形狀記憶合金熱機(jī)械循環(huán)后的滯回曲線面積及減振性能的影響。 結(jié)果表明: CuZnAl形狀記憶合金用于框架結(jié)構(gòu)具有較好的減振效果, 可明顯降低框架結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)頻率, 其中馬氏體CuZnAl形狀記憶合金耗能器具有較大的耗能能力, 經(jīng)室溫水淬時(shí)效7 h處理后減振效果最好。

Aseismic and vibration control of frame structures with CuZnAl SMA dampers

Abstract: The relationship between the residual strain and the temperature under free stress condition is analyzed by using constitutive relation of SMA. The damping performance of the frame with CuZnAl SMA dampers is tested by dynamic data collecting analysis meter. Then the stress—strain curve of CuZnAl SMA is measured by electronic universal testing machine. The change of microstructure during thermo-mechanical cycle is analyzed by transmission electron microscope. The effects of different heat-treatment processes on the area of hysteretic loop and the damping capability of CuZnAl SMA after thermo-mechanical cycles are studied. Experimental results show that CuZnAl SMA has good damping capability in frame structure and can obviously reduce the vibration frequency. CuZnAl SMA in martensitic state has better damping ability, and the damping effect of the alloy after being quenched into water and aged for 7h is the best.
